  “A good man obtains favor from the Lord, but a man of wicked devices He will condemn.” Proverb 12:2

 Reflection:

In today’s world, favor is often linked to popularity, wealth, or success. 

But God’s favor doesn’t come from outer achievements it comes from inner integrity. 

According to Proverbs 12:2, it is the good man the one who walks uprightly, humbly, and with righteousness who receives the favor of the Lord.

Being “good” doesn’t mean perfect. It means living with honesty, compassion, and a heart that seeks after God. 

Even when no one notices your integrity, God sees and rewards it in His time and His way.

Godly character brings lasting blessings more than human approval ever could.

What does being a "good person" before God look like in your daily life?

Are there small areas where you can walk in more integrity today?

Prayer:

Lord, I want to live a life that pleases You. Help me walk in goodness, integrity, and truth. I don’t seek the world’s favor—I seek Yours. May my actions today bring You glory. Amen.
